Selling ALL or PART FSOT!
You get:
1) Plastic handles measuring 5" length, 1/2" Internal Diameter. ( these can be applied to wooden sticks of same OD. You can use small wood/plastic dowls or use metal wire )
2) Shrink tubing 2" per handle ( 200 inches per 100 handles ).
3) Assembly jig FREE with purchase of 600 or more handles.
What you need:
1) plastic resin ( does not take much )
2) Masking tape ( optional to control mess )
3) weight insert ( we used various over several years BB's, nuts from bolts, gravel/sand )
4) your stick type ( bamboo, Fibreglass, plastic, wire Be creative ).
$25 gets you 300 handles ( 150 pairs of sticks ), 200''s of shrink tubing. + free jig. ( A card board box can be made into a jig)
BUY ALL 1242 for $130 includes ALL of shrink tubing, Both jigs Enough for 641 pairs of VARIOUS sticks.
We sold these sticks for $5 a pair. We used a lot of them as jam session gifts, Charity give aways, instrument purchase bonusses.
These sticks in pic cost us approximately $2.00 each pair to make. ( Shrink tubing was our most costly part )
