Overview
Real Time Products is seeking experienced customer service/sales support personnel. This position provides exceptional client service and sales support by managing customer communications, processing orders accurately, and proactively driving projects to completion. Work is performed under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professional, friendly, and enthusiastic approach to client service and sales
- Learn and understand all areas of our business to deliver outstanding customer support
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally; manage high volume of outbound calls as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly, accurately, and with a solutions-focused approach
- Proactively follow-up on emails, orders, art approvals, and other client communications to achieve project completion
- Suggest and offer company products during all customer interactions
- Convert leads into confirmed orders and long-term customer relationships
- Track orders, back orders, shipments, and invoices to ensure timely fulfillment
- Review documents and artwork for accuracy and obtain client approvals
- Maintain accurate daily files and records, including commission payment tracking
- Use sales software and Excel to manage workload, create reports, and analyze data
- Assist with trade shows (minimum three per year, one week each), including physical set-up and teardown
- Potential travel within OKC Metro Area as needed to work one-on-one with clients
- Support other departments as needed
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing the company
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (including the ability to create new worksheets with formulas)
- Exceptional memory
- Minimum typing speed: 75 WPM; 10-key speed: 11,000 KPH
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through with a sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable, dependable, and able to follow written and oral instructions accurately
- Analytical, intuitive, and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities and interruptions with ease
- Experience with sales or CRM software preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as required
- Physical ability to assist with trade show setup, teardown, and prolonged standing
- High school diploma required; some college or bachelor's degree preferred
- Verifiable references and stable work history required

Work hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday with occasional overtime & some Saturdays. We offer a benefit package and salary is commensurate with skill level and experience.
