Role Description
The Aircraft Title Document Expeditor will be responsible for processing aircraft title and registration documentation while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.
Daily responsibilities include reviewing and verifying documents, maintaining accurate digital records, scanning and organizing incoming documentation, and communicating with internal team members to ensure files move efficiently through the workflow.
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Oklahoma City, OK, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the position and company needs expand, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Receive and organize incoming documents (mail, email, and digital submissions)
Scan and save documents according to company naming and filing standards
Review documents for completeness and accuracy
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Assist with preparing documents for FAA filing
Track document status and follow up on missing items
Use FAA Registry mainframe system to obtain needed information for the Team.
Communicate with team members regarding document workflow and processing
Help ensure files move efficiently through the title and registration process
Qualifications

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Professional written and verbal communication
Comfortable working with digital files, scanning, and document management
Must possess a valid REAL ID–compliant driver's license or identification card to obtain required credentials for access to FAA facilities.
Must be able to pass a background check required for access to FAA facilities.
