Believe these are Hummer 16.5" GM Hutchinson G37 RunFlat Inserts for Humvee. Missing some hardware but otherwise the inserts themselves seem to be in good shape overall. NOTE: The second image that is the cell phone screen shot is NOT of these. This was the only thing I could find to help describe them.
