PART‑TIME Assistant RV Park Manager (Ada, OK) – LONG‑TERM, On‑Site

We are hiring a PART‑TIME, LONG‑TERM Assistant RV Park Manager for two RV parks in Ada, Oklahoma (directly across the street from each other).

This is NOT seasonal and NOT short‑term.
We want someone who wants to put down roots, live on‑site, and grow with us.

We currently operate 115+ sites and are adding 28 more.

What We Offer

• Paid position (contractor; pay based on experience)
• Part‑Time (~20 hours/week), year‑round

This Role Is a Good Fit If You:

• Enjoy working with people and can handle firm but respectful conversations (NON‑NEGOTIABLE)
• Are computer literate and comfortable with basic tech (NON‑NEGOTIABLE)
• Are reliable, self‑directed, and take ownership
• Own your own RV and can live on‑site full time
• Can pass a background check and provide references

Experience with rent collection, light admin, or maintenance coordination is helpful — but we will train the right person.
