Large student property in Norman searching for an Assistant Property Manager. Ideal candidate must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to excel and advance. Must take initiative and have the passion to grow within your career at our company.
*Maintain a low delinquency and high occupancy
*Present income reports for review
*Conduct legal documents and represent property in court
*Oversee leasing and maintenance staff
*Provide first line of customer service and resident retention
*Assist residents with accounts and ledger
*Collect rent and post payments to correct accounts
*Provide support to Property Manager and handle day-to-day tasks in their absence
*Be involved in leasing and marketing property
*Planning, hosting, and implementing resident events
*Attending marketing events within the OU and Norman community
*Assist during turn
Position is NOT a desk job. It does require walking units on three stories, assisting with trash outs, marketing, events, etc. Prefer a candidate with previous student housing experience, but not required. Attendance is mandatory. Must have reliable transportation, pass a background check, and drug test both at new hire and at random. Pay is negotiable and based on experience
