I am a Frame carpenter/independent contractor currently doing remodel work and looking for side work. Heavy experience in all aspects of construction. Un-load/load bearing walls, removal/re-build walls.(carpentry, remodel, electrical, plumbing, make ready, siding, sheetrock, laminate flooring, texture, tile, painting, masonry, wood and comp.decks.) Extremely dependable. Have transportation and my own tools. Many references and pics of my work. Pay negotiable. I Do not work hourly.
