I'm moving a gal and her two daughters from Tulsa to Edmond. Looking for a house for around $1200 mthly. At least two bedrooms and 11/2 bath. Last I knew she did have a dog, so a fenced in backyard is needed. I will sign the lease and be there on weekends since I drive a truck. I'd prefer a smoke free home but I realize that with rental homes, that might be hard to find. it's one of those deals where the kids need a better way of life than living in a cheap Tulsa Apt complex.
Now if you want to sell the house, I could go as high as $130k. A fixer upper is ok. I'm still working so I can fix it up as I go. Just to be clear, I'm not talking rent to own. All rent money is yours and not applied to purchase. It's icing on the cake for you.
