I am potentially seeking a roommate within the next month or two.
Currently live in Norman and I live in a loft apartment. I live not far from OU campus if you are currently a college student. I'm currently am working so I'm not home throughout the day often. The room that's availiable has a washer/dryer in it so that would be the only "shared space". I do not mind making a laundry schedule.
Rent would be $520 a month. Utilities (Wifi, water, gas, electric) would be covered on my portion. My big thing is just making sure one cleans up after themselves. That's kinda the biggest thing.
Preferably a female or Lgbtq+ friendly roommate just due to comfort.
