Hey there, My name is Jay, 36 yr old blk male. Currently living with an EX and her kids, but I'd rather leave and be somewhere else rather than put them out since its more of them and it's just me and a few bags of belongings nothing major. I can make monthly payments with a roommate. I work downtown @ a hotel doing housekeeping getting paid $15/hr bi weekly, I have NO car but Uber/Lyft work just fine for me. I've done a lot of housekeeping & custodial work as a career so cleaning up around the house dishes and laundry things like that won't be a problem at all on my end. I dont mind a little dirty from time to time but not for too long. I dont mind doing what needs to be done around the house even picking up after my roommate from time to time or even favors if not able. I'm kind of a loner so I like being to myself mostly, friends and family away and I hardly ever go anywhere at all besides different stores, lakes, library, movies, walking trails or just chill places BUT...i don't mind conversating and can vibe with you/company if you want to or hanging out places.. You will hardly know im there most of the time cause I'm sleep lol... 95% of my time is in my room just watching movies, reading different news stories, or doing something on my system....I don't have to smoke or drink but I am 420 friendly and won't have to be in the house with it or have it around if it's a problem. I like sports, movies, games, nature, cats, swimming, lakes, traveling to quiet places and many other things.. Thank you for reading this through have a good day!!!
