A little about me: I'm a single, mature, 46 year, 6'2" (muscular/athletic build), highly educated, successful, cultured, independent, progressive, clean cut, respectful African-American man. I'm also pretty open-minded. I also have an easy going and engaging personality, a good sense of humor. I’m also very genuine and consider myself to be a good person.
I am looking for a clean, comfortable place to live while I settle into the area. I am respectful of others' space, responsible with rent payments, and will take good care of the room. I also plan to be gone for a lot of the daytime 2-3 days per week, as I will be working on my house property.
I am in town now, and available to schedule a viewing. I would also be open to publicly meeting first, prior to you inviting me over for the viewing. After the viewing, if we both remain interested, I can be prepared to move-in within 2 days, and I can provide references, as well as both the first months rent and a security deposit, if necessary.
