Hi my name is Chris. I'm a roofer with a 11 man roofing crew. We install roofs PROPERLY @ THE LOWEST POSSIBLE PRICE. We've done hundreds of roofs since starting my business in 2008.

I know that roofing has a lot of questionable people in the business. I've heard plenty of stories about roofers taking customers money upfront and never hearing from the roofer again. Also, there are large roofing companies over charging customers thousands of dollars for the same exact work that me and my crew do . BTW OUR INSTALLS ARE DONE A LOT BETTER. I pay close attention to the all the details including nail placement (6 nails per shingle directly in the nail strip), correct chimney flashing, ice and water shield in all valleys (I've used ice and watershield on all my roof valleys for 18 years and not one leak).

I want my customers to trust us from the beginning of the roof install to the completion of the new roof installation. I require no money upfront from customers. I do trust customers to pay when we finish and are happy with their new roof. I've learned most people are honest and they pay but they don't want to run the risk of losing thousands of dollars and not having the roof done. Can't blame them at all! I wouldn't pay the money upfront neither if I was a customer.
