Sales Representative – Oklahoma
Position Summary
Cocina Restaurant Supply (CRS) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Oklahoma team. This position combines sales, business development, customer service, and showroom support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and driven to build strong customer relationships while achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, social media, referrals, and prospecting efforts.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
Follow up on sales opportunities and successfully close deals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the local market.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Support inventory control and coordinate equipment receiving and shipping activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment.
Work closely with purchasing, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related commercial role preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Spanish fluency is required, as a significant portion of our customer base is Spanish-speaking.
Conversational English or bilingual proficiency is highly preferred.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to learn and use CRM systems, sales software, and administrative platforms.
