Actually free.....Motorola made these in 2014 and this can no longer be used as a phone. Android 4.1.1 , ancient. AT&T nor Motorola can unlock these but they can be unlocked by third party. You can use it as a Wi-Fi device, mini tablet, dedicated camera/music player, kids' toy, whatever — or even pop in a cheap prepaid SIM if you just want basic calling/texting on T-Mobile/others (it supports 3G/4G bands that still work in many places.
