This set comes as pictured. The battery powered engine works. The battery powered traffic signal works. The finger powered crane works. This set is made to work with Legos. Also includes the well-worn box.

I believe it is missing one "Y" track piece and one curve piece. Also missing the engine body, caboose, one bridge rail, three people, one log, and one tree. This is my best guess from looking at pictures on the box. A few of the track pieces have cracks in the fitting ends, but this only makes them fit together better.
