π§βπ¨ CREW LEAD PAINTERS
Requirements:
β Minimum of 2 years Experience as a Crew Lead Painter - REQUIRED
β Minimum 5+ years in professional painting experience
β Strong prep / All coatings knowledge
β Ability to lead a 3-person crew
β Ability to Professionally communicate with Customers
β Positive Attitude and Dependable
β Drivers License / Reliable transportation / Social Security Card - ALL Required
π΅ PAY
β Qualified Candidates can start at $20/hr. for the first 10 Days (on-the-job interview period)
π IMPORTANT - After the first 10 days at $20/hour - You will be reviewed by the Crew Lead you work with and the owner of Legacy Painting - to Evaluate your Professionalism / Skills / Attitude / Teamwork / then increased payrate can be discussed.
