This home was originally built in the 70’s and is part of the authentic Taylor Ferry landing into the landscape of campgrounds, awesome water views, fire pits with lots of outdoor situations to enjoy! Take a stroll a few yards through a tree lined panorama to your own trail to Taylor Ferry South campground. In fact, invite your friends with RV’s to camp there just behind the house and all of you can create memories on the large back deck, patios and bbq pavilion.
TALK ABOUT EATING... In addition to a stocked kitchen with all the utensils to cook pancakes on the gas-oven built-in griddle to a gas bbq grill located on the covered pavillion facing the lake, you’ll have a hard time choosing where to eat your meals. There are 2 firepit areas to roast those hot dogs or have a fish fry...AND, if cooking is not your thing, just WALK across the street to the famous, Pizza Port, celebrating its 30th year in business. An easy walk away, you’ll find “Crooked Hook Deli” inside Carl’s Bait Store and can order up some home-made deli sandwiches ( picnic-style) This bait store has thought of just about of the most organized bait selections you'll ever see!! Cj’s Convenience Store & Eagle Fuels offers up, not only fuels, but hot coffee, great breakfast sandwiches, food & grocery items. Opening at 5am for those early-bird anglers, they have ice ready for your coolers, and many, many lake sundries. Make sure to save room for their fried catfish dinners on Friday. AND, of course, the BEER CAVE...
Just a few more blocks toward Wagoner on HWY 51, a brand new Dollar General opened up and they have a little bit of everything, including a large area of groceries. And if you need a post office or amenities of the City, Wagoner is just 5 miles west! For those of you that are Elks' members, it's an easy 2 block jaunt, as well!! ( ask about joining Deb & Brad to an Elk Dinner sometime)
If going out for a meal sounds good, there are several places to eat on the water by zip across the bridge to Sequoyah State Park...
