Ok, so I have a really cool spot for a haunted woods for this halloween holiday. I have researched a bit about this and it appears to be a tad bit lucrative. For the going rate for this type of attraction is generally $15 minimum to as much as $30/head to visit. Its not difficult to figure the math, consevatively one could easily allow 100 heads/night on average over a 2 week period since most people come in groups of families or couples or friends out on an adventure. So you have to see that a family of 4 (2 adults+2 children) would only need 20 families to alot the 100 heads which equivals $1500.00/night and multiply this x 14 = $21,000.00. Now again this is a very consevative and modest estimate and I am sure that with some effort and time invested in setting up the attraction to make it very worthwhile and want to pursuade a group to travel and also recommend to their friends and family that this type of attraction has capabillities of upwards of 500 heads/night on good nights. Obviously aqn accountant will be in order along with whatever appropriate insurance is necessary to protect the investentment and the parties to partake in the venture into this scary scene. I am not exactly certain why people like the begeebies scared outta theirselves but who am I to question when it seems to be a great attraction. My property already looks hella spooky the way it is now before any type of preparation. But as I stated earlier I have researched this extensively and would be willing to partake in this type of venture. But I do need some help. The only competition in this town is only 1 place out on HWY 77 north of town on the north side of the cimmaron river. This is the only competition that there is. I would like to make a fantastic event that will gain repeat customers in the same season. Hay ride, spooky so good that you cant help but tell people and highly recommend without even caring about the entry fee. Although I dont want to rob anyone and think a guided tour and from beginning to end would last an hour + or - and something added along the way such as drinks or treats but that will all be dependent upon the insurance costs and differences. I will have plenty of time to work this between now and 2 weeks before halloween to make this a very popular attraction. I do not work and can invest all my time here making it great. If you hold an interest and would like to discuss the possibillities then email me and I will respond promptly. I would attach my phone but to reduce spamming calls I elect to rather not. But please advise or elect to cionsider pqaartaking and feel free to contact me. Thanks!!!
